Commercialization of the innovative product Re:Route with EU support
Project name: Process innovation in delivery and business organization leading to the commercialization of software solutions in the NEMT market
Project summary: The project addresses the problem of identified bottlenecks in the transition to a business model for a software company, which would generate the majority of its added value through the development, sale, and maintenance of its own innovative software products. The goal of the project is to encourage the commercialization of innovative products by Tech Resources Ltd. through business and production process innovation, as well as organizational innovation. This will involve the implementation of new and significantly improved methods of product production and delivery, ensuring competitive production and increasing the company’s innovative capacity, as well as exporting the innovative product Re:Route to target markets in the NEMT industry in suburban areas. The target groups are the company and its employees.
